FUTURE NURTURE ART EXHIBITION

Clifton Library's art gallery has a very interesting art exhibition on show. It is the fourth Toowoomba Biennial Emerging Artists Award Exhibition which is an initiative of the Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery.

"Future Nurture" artworks explore the fragile nature of our relationship with the cultural and natural environments in which we live.

Below are some of the images that are currently displayed in our library using the "Crates on Wheels".

Visitor feedback has included words such as: individual, creative, distinctive and original. My response is that it is extremely interesting and it is good to see artists think and create "outside the square".

The display may be viewed this September during library hours.
